The Indian Anaesthetists' Forum, 2011 Left Atrial Myxomas present as a wide variety of symptoms. We describe one such case which initially presented with hemiparesis and was diagnosed as cerebral infarction. On retrospective work up, the main cause was found to be a left atrial myxoma.
