His Bundle Pacing and Left Bundle Branch Pacing in Patients with Heart Failure
Background: His bundle pacing (HBP) and left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) are emerging therapies for patients with heart failure and conduction disorders, offering potential advantages over traditional pacing methods. These approaches aim to restore physiological conduction and improve cardiac function more effectively.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

From mice to humans—divergent strategies for intestinal homeostasis and regeneration
Recent advances such as organoid genome editing, xenotransplantation, imaging, and whole‐genome sequencing have enabled direct studies of human intestinal stem cells (ISCs). These studies reveal species‐specific features, including slower ISC proliferation, distinct injury responses, slower somatic mutation accumulation in humans, and an inverse ...

Left Bundle Branch Pacing in a Patient With Dextroposed Heart: A Case Report
The Right Ventricular (RV) apex has been the standard site for pacing in symptomatic bradyarrhythmias, but chronic RV pacing can cause adverse effects such as atrial arrhythmias and left ventricular dysfunction. Physiological pacing, including His bundle

Circulating microRNA profiles distinguish nonmalignant Lynch syndrome from cancer‐associated Lynch syndrome, sporadic colorectal cancer, and healthy controls. Age‐stratified analysis reveals disease‐specific regulatory states, and a six‐miRNA panel shows concordant separation in an independent colorectal tissue cohort.

Advances in Left Bundle Branch Pacing: Definition, Evaluation, and Applications
Left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) emerged as a new physiological pacing strategy during the past several years. Recent observational studies have demonstrated the advantages of LBBP, including a high success rate, stable pacing parameters, and excellent ...

Student engagement extends beyond simple attendance. Across 891 bioscience students from three universities, attendance behaviour was associated mainly with structural influences, whereas classroom spatial behaviour reflected affective and sensory factors.

A nationwide student survey on biochemistry learning resources in Italy
We conducted a survey among Italian university students to investigate their preferred study materials for biochemistry. We then analyzed the collected data to identify these materials. This information may be valuable to the Biochemistry educational community. The graphical abstract was created with Claude (Opus 5.5; Anthropic, 2026).
