The presence of left bundle branch block was an important clinical sign. The cardiac anomaly was the presumptive cause of death.

Aneurysm of the left coronary artery
The American Journal of Medicine, 1955Abstract A case of localized aneurysm of the left coronary artery is presented. This is believed to be the fifty-first case reported in the literature. Ten of these aneurysms, including the one herein reported, were on an arteriosclerotic basis. Death from aneurysm is usually due to congestive failure, coronary thrombosis or rupture.
