Quadrofurcation of the left main coronary artery
A 45-year-old man was admitted to our hospital’s cardiology service suffering from an intermittent chest pain and exertional dyspnoea. The patient was referred to our computed tomography (CT) department to make further evaluation with coronary computed tomography angiography (CTA). In his coronary CTA exam, there were no significant stenosis.

Left subclavian-left coronary artery anastomosis for anomalous origin of the left coronary artery
From 1972 to 1987, seven patients, from two to 28 months of age, underwent left subclavian artery-left coronary artery anastomosis for anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary trunk. All of these infants, median age 4 months, had severe congestive heart failure caused by anterolateral myocardial infarctions.

A life-threatening association of coronary anomalies [PDF]
Anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the right sinus of Valsalva, even though rare, has been documented well in literature. However the association of this anomaly with coronary fistulae has been rarely reported so far. We report the case of

Anomalous Origin of the Left Anterior Descending Coronary Artery in an Adult
An anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery (ALCAPA) is a rare congenital heart disease. Among the variants, an anomalous origin of the left anterior descending coronary artery from the pulmonary artery (ALADPA) is extremely

Coronary arterial-left ventricular fistulae [PDF]
A 64 year old woman presented with a six month history of progressive exertional dyspnoea and paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnoea. Echocardiography showed severe pulmonary hypertension, concentric left ventricular hypertrophy, normal systolic function, and no evidence of shunting by saline contrast. The 12 lead ECG exhibited atrial fibrillation.
