Categorical Aspects of Quantum Groups: Multipliers and Intrinsic Groups [PDF]
We show that the assignment of the (left) completely bounded multiplier algebra $M_{cb}^{l}({{L}^{1}}(\mathbb{G}))$ to a locally compact quantum group $\mathbb{G}$ , and the assignment of the intrinsic group, form functors between appropriate categories.

An epithelial GPR35 isoform supports tumor‐associated transcriptional and metabolic phenotypes
GPR35 generates two functionally distinct isoforms with previously unresolved roles. GPR35‐short mediates immune‐cell chemotaxis, while GPR35‐long is enriched in colorectal cancer epithelium, where it supports increased metabolism, proliferation, and tumor‐associated transcriptional programs.

Many patients with urothelial cancer do not benefit from treatment with pembrolizumab, while at risk of severe side effects. Changes in the levels of circulating tumor DNA early during treatment, measured by a simple and affordable assay that can be easily implemented in the clinic, can be used as a prognostic tool to identify these patients.
