The choroid plexus water density
Abstract Purpose To quantify normative ranges and circadian variability of the choroid plexus (ChP) water density in healthy adults. Methods Actigraphy assessments of circadian activity were performed for 5 days in healthy participants (n = 15; age = 28.5 ± 6.5 years) and subsequently participants underwent repeated, high spatial resolution proton ...

ABSTRACT Objective In this study, we investigated the effects of a stem cell‐derived secretome product on adiposity and tissue quality and insulin and glucose levels in obese mice and those undergoing dietary weight loss. Methods Following 16 weeks of high fat diet mice received acute (4 weeks) biweekly intramuscular injections with vehicle or ...

Prenatal Recurrence of Ductal Plate Malformations Leads to PKHD1 Variant Reclassification
ABSTRACT Ductal plate malformations (DPM) encompass a spectrum of congenital liver disorders characterized by abnormal bile duct development, often associated with conditions such as Caroli disease. Variants in the PKHD1 gene cause a wide spectrum of DPM, but genotype–phenotype correlations remain challenging.

Age‐Dependent Correlation of Pulmonary Function Impairment and Aortic Arch Stiffness in Mice
This study examined the relationship between aortic arch stiffness and lung function in aging mice. Multiple linear regression modeling showed moderate to strong correlations between the rise in aortic arch stiffness and changes in lung function as the mice progressively aged.
