APOE‐stratified Proteomic and Metabolomic Analysis Reveals Mitochondrial Dysfunction Inflammation and Lipid Dysregulation in Alzheimer's Disease

A large‐scale multiomic dataset (proteomic and metabolomic) comprising 3,060 plasma samples were analyzed to identify proteins, metabolites, pathways, and protein‐associated drugs linked to Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) independently of apolipoprotein E (APOE). Advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma metastasis is driven by a FOXC2+ tumor subpopulation. These cells execute vasculogenic mimicry for dissemination and secrete LAMA4. LAMA4 engages macrophage ITGA6, activating the STAT6/GATA3 axis to polarize macrophages into a pro‐metastatic, immunosuppressive phenotype.

The diagram depicts the endothelial‐protective mechanism of magnesium lithospermate B (MLB) in sepsis‐associated lung injury. MLB binds GPX4 at Gly79, disrupts its interaction with FUNDC1, prevents mitophagy‐mediated GPX4 degradation, restores mitophagic flux, reduces ROS, and limits ferroptosis.
