a randomized, open, multicenter phase III trial of lenalidomide/dexamethasone versus lenalidomide/dexamethasone plus subsequent autologous stem cell transplantation and lenalidomide maintenance in patients with relapsed multiple myeloma [PDF]
Background Despite novel therapeutic agents, most multiple myeloma (MM) patients eventually relapse. Two large phase III trials have shown significantly improved response rates (RR) of lenalidomide/dexamethasone compared with placebo/dexamethasone in ...

Lenalidomide-related malar rash-like lesion in patient with 5q-syndrome
It has become important to be careful in terms of side effects with the increased lenalidomide use. The most commonly reported adverse events with the use of lenalidomide were hematologic toxicities and less frequently peripheral edema, infections ...

Safety and Efficacy of Lenalidomide in Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Lenalidomide is an oral immunomodulatory drug that has helped improve outcomes in multiple myeloma (MM) patients. Combination lenalidomide and dexamethasone (Len+Dex) has been shown to increase response rates and prolong survival compared with ...

This review focuses on the role of autophagy and mitophagy in maintaining pancreatic β‐cell function and homeostasis. We discuss how genetic defects affecting these pathways contribute to the development of type 1, type 2, monogenic, and gestational diabetes. We further explore their potential as therapeutic targets. Created in BioRender.

Repurposing a Small Molecule Plant Hormone as a Tunable ON‐Switch for CAR‐T Cell Immunotherapy
By engineering a receptor system integrating the plant auxin receptor AFB1 with its co‐receptor IAA7, we enable ligand‐dependent interactions triggered by the plant hormone auxins. This design allows rapid, reversible, and dose‐dependent T cell activation, resulting in potent cytotoxicity against B‐cell lymphoma in vitro and in vivo.
