Josephson coupling and plasma resonance in vortex crystal
We investigate the magnetic field dependence of the plasma resonance frequency in vortex crystal state. We find that low magnetic field induces a small correction to the plasma frequency proportional to the field.

Quantum phase transition in the Dicke model with critical and non-critical entanglement
We study the quantum phase transition of the Dicke model in the classical oscillator limit, where it occurs already for finite spin length. In contrast to the classical spin limit, for which spin-oscillator entanglement diverges at the transition ...

Near-Field Microwave Microscopy on nanometer length scales
The Near-Field Microwave Microscope (NSMM) can be used to measure ohmic losses of metallic thin films. We report on the presence of a new length scale in the probe-to- sample interaction for the NSMM.

Evolution of the polarization of the optical afterglow of the gamma-ray burst GRB 030329
We report 31 polarimetric observations of the afterglow of GRB 030329 with high signal-to-noise and high sampling frequency. We establish the polarization light curve, detect sustained polarization at the percent level, and find significant variability ...

Study on Application of CYCBD based on PSO in Fault Feature Extraction of Rolling Bearing
The blind deconvolution based on cyclostationarity maximization (CYCBD) is applied to solve the problem that the periodic transient impacts is not obvious at the initial stage of rolling bearing failure under background noise.

In order to tackle the inaccurate step length measurement of people with different heights and in different motion states, a height-adaptive method of step length measurement based on motion parameters is proposed in this paper.
