A Luneburg lens for spin waves [PDF]
We report on the theory of a Luneburg lens for forward-volume magnetostatic spin waves, and verify its operation via micromagnetic modelling. The lens converts a plane wave to a point source (and vice versa) by a designed graded index, realised here by either modulating the thickness or the saturation magnetization in a circular region.

The fabrication and post‐treatment via solvent annealing of poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate‐based electrodes using spray deposition in a roll‐to‐roll setup are presented. The decrease in sheet resistance and its correlation with nanostructure and molecular structure in the electrodes as a function of the processing parameters is ...

Adjustable Plasmonic Core–Shell Nanoparticles for Personalized Color Vision Correction
This study introduces a personalized solution for correcting color vision deficiency (CVD) by embedding tunable core‐shell metal nanoparticles—a common nanotechnology—into contact lenses. By customizing the nanoparticles’ optical properties to filter specific wavelengths, these lenses address individual visual impairments, enhancing color ...

This study presents rapid evaluation methods for scan strategies in powder bed fusion (PBF) of polymers with a NIR laser as an example for its application. It uses line buffer‐based calculations and point density fields to predict the performance of four different scan strategies. The methods show promising results in laser‐based PBF of polymer samples,
