Double trouble: Bilateral spontaneous posterior dislocation of cataractous lens
Subluxation or dislocation of clear or cataractous lens occurs commonly following ocular trauma or in association with systemic or other ocular risk factors. Spontaneous dislocation of lens in the absence of any of these risk factors is very rare.
