Reflectance confocal microscopy and Lentigo maligna management
Lentigo Maligna (LM) is a form of melanoma in situ that can arise from atypical melanocytic intraepidermal proliferation (AIMP). LM may progress to Lentigo Maligna Melanoma (LMM), which is invasive and requires more aggressive treatment.
