Selective Inhibition of Integrin β3 Topology Provides a Safer Antithrombotic Strategy
Current integrin αIIbβ3 inhibitors effectively reduce thrombosis but also increase bleeding risk. During thrombosis, high shear blood flow can directly activate the integrin αIIbβ3 via a distinct topological change in the β3 transmembrane domain, independent of hemostatic platelet signaling.

A multifunctional HA‐conjugated nanoplatform (HA‐PGMC) integrates CuO2, glucose oxidase, and mil‐100 to enable cascade catalytic ROS generation in tumor microenvironments. This self‐supplying ROS strategy induces immunogenic cell death, reprograms “cold” tumors into “hot” ones, and synergizes with PD‐L1 blockade, achieving potent chemodynamic ...

26-GHz Data Downlink for LEO Satellites
— State-of-the art downlink technology allows Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites for Earth observation (EO) to downlink just above 500 Mb/s in the X-band due to bandwidth limitations. X-band is also becoming very congested.
