Karyotypes of Leptodactylidae Anurans
Journal of Herpetology, 1972Karyotypes of 8 species of Leptodactylidae amphibians were studied. They constitute two groups with 2n=22 and 2n=26 chromosomes. Centric fusions and pericentric inversions are the most important mechanisms of karyotype differentiation among these species.
