Hydrodynamic effects on spin polarization along the beam direction in Au+Au and p+Pb collisions [PDF]

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences
We investigate hydrodynamic effects on the spin polarization of Λ hyperons in Au+Au collisions at √sNN = 200 GeV and p+Pb collisions at √sNN = 8.16 TeV using the CLVisc hydrodynamic framework.

Rare W → B c + γ decay up to the NNLO and NLL accuracy in QCD

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
We perform a detailed theoretical study of the rare radiative decay of the W boson into a B c meson and an on-shell photon. The decay amplitude is described by two independent form factors, which are calculated up to the next-to-next-to-leading order ...

Perturbations of bounce inflation scenario from f(T) modified gravity revisited

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields, 2019
In this work, we revisit the perturbations that are generated in the bounce inflation scenario constructed within the framework of f(T) theory. It has been well known that pure f(T) theory cannot give rise to bounce inflation behavior, so aside from the ...

Leptonic CP violation and Wolfenstein parametrization for lepton mixing

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2014
We investigate a general structure of lepton mixing matrix resulting from the SU$_F$(3) gauge family model with an appropriate vacuum structure of SU$_F$(3) symmetry breaking. It is shown that the lepton mixing matrix can be parametrized by using the Wolfenstein parametrization method to characterize its deviation from the tri-bimaximal mixing.

Study of associated $bbH, H \to \tau\tau$ channel: lepton-lepton and lepton-hadron final state [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
The analysis presented in this note is a comparative study of the observability potential in the lepton-lepton and lepton-hadron final state of a Higgs boson decay into tau lepton pair.

Studying energy–energy correlators in pp collisions at the LHC with a jet-free event-topology method

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields
We present a jet-free approach for measuring energy–energy correlators (EEC) in proton–proton (pp) collisions at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), employing an event-topology method that does not rely on explicit jet reconstruction.

K0-K¯0 Mixing in the Minimal Flavor-Violating Two-Higgs-Doublet Models

open access: yesAdvances in High Energy Physics, 2017
The two-Higgs-doublet model (2HDM), as one of the simplest extensions of the Standard Model (SM), is obtained by adding another scalar doublet to the SM and is featured by a pair of charged Higgs, which could affect many low-energy processes.
