A Note on the Connection between Non-Additive Entropy and h-Derivative
In order to study as a whole a wide part of entropy measures, we introduce a two-parameter non-extensive entropic form with respect to the h-derivative, which generalizes the conventional Newton–Leibniz calculus.

Charged-Lepton Flavour Physics
This writeup of a talk at the 2011 Lepton-Photon symposium in Mumbai, India, summarises recent results in the charged-lepton flavour sector. I review searches for charged-lepton flavour violation, lepton electric dipole moments and flavour-conserving CP ...

The author reviews the experimental knowledge of the properties of the tau lepton and the tau neutrino. The conventional theory of lepton properties and interactions is summarized; and that theory is compared with experiment. Future directions for research in tau and tau neutrino physics are described.

Chiral Phase Transition in Linear Sigma Model with Nonextensive Statistical Mechanics
From the nonextensive statistical mechanics, we investigate the chiral phase transition at finite temperature T and baryon chemical potential μB in the framework of the linear sigma model.

Given that the two-Higgs-doublet model of type III (2HDM-III) has the potential to address the RD* $$ {R}_{D^{\left(*\right)}} $$ anomalies while the resolution to the RK* $$ {R}_{K^{\left(*\right)}} $$ deficits requires new degrees of freedom within ...

Potential analysis of holographic Schwinger effect in the magnetized background
We study the holographic Schwinger effect with magnetic field at RHIC and LHC energies by using the AdS/CFT correspondence. We consider both weak and strong magnetic field cases with $$B\ll T^2$$ B≪T2 and $$B\gg T^2$$ B≫T2 solutions respectively. Firstly,

Heavy leptons, lepton mixing, and nonconservation of lepton-type number
Abstract Introducing a new weak doublet of heavy leptons, one is led to a mixing of the various lepton states with respect to the weak interaction and subsequently to the violation of electron and muon number conservation (e.g., the decay μ →e γ ). The new charged lepton can only decay via such a mixing and is therefore relatively long-lived ( τ >10

Lepton-Flavor-Dependent Angular Analysis of B→K^{*}ℓ^{+}ℓ^{-}.
We present a measurement of angular observables and a test of lepton flavor universality in the B→K^{*}ℓ^{+}ℓ^{-} decay, where ℓ is either e or μ.

A4 lepton flavor model and modulus stabilization from S4 modular symmetry [PDF]
We study the modulus stabilization in an ${A}_{4}$ model whose ${A}_{4}$ flavor symmetry is originated from the ${S}_{4}$ modular symmetry. We can stabilize the modulus so that the ${A}_{4}$ invariant superpotential leads to the realistic lepton masses ...
