Unraveling the final-state interactions and correlations inside high-multiplicity jets at LHC [PDF]

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences
Recent CMS measurements on high-multiplicity jets have revealed intriguing near-side long-range correlations in two-particle correlations within jets containing over 80 charged tracks.

Parametrized leptogenesis from linear seesaw

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields, 2020
We present a purely linear seesaw mechanism in a mirror left-right symmetric framework and then realize a novel leptogenesis scenario for parametrizing the cosmic baryon asymmetry by the charged lepton masses, the light Majorana neutrino mass matrix and ...

Leptonic Scalars versus Scalar Leptons [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of Corfu Summer Institute 2019 "School and Workshops on Elementary Particle Physics and Gravity" — PoS(CORFU2019), 2020
The notion of scalars having lepton number, i.e. leptonic scalars, is discussed without supersymmetry, where scalar leptons reside. It is shown how dark parity comes from lepton parity, as well as its possible origin from grand unification. Two specific phenomenological applications to dark matter are described.

Nonconventional Techniques in Plant Alkaloid Extraction: A Decade of Progress (2014–2023)

open access: yesChemistry &Biodiversity, Volume 22, Issue 8, August 2025.
This figure seeks to represent the evolution of the different unconventional approaches that were adopted for the extraction of plant‐derived alkaloids during the decade from 2014 to 2023. ABSTRACT Plant metabolism encompasses primary and secondary pathways, with secondary metabolism yielding diverse natural products crucial for plant adaptation and ...

Lepton flavor violation and local lepton number

open access: yesPhysical Review D
We investigate the predictions for lepton number violating processes within the minimal theory of neutrino masses based on the spontaneous breaking of local lepton number. In this framework, the symmetry is broken at the low scale, leading to the existence of a viable dark matter candidate.

Niche Differences in Coexisting Species: Ecological Insights Into the Role of Activity Patterns, Space Use, and Environmental Preferences

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 15, Issue 8, August 2025.
This work provides novel insights into the spatial and temporal niche differences of two model species. Our findings reveal that microhabitat preferences and activity patterns are important factors of coexistence, complementing thermal and hydric regulation traits previously reported.

Analysis of carbohydrates and glycoconjugates by matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry: An update for 2021–2022

open access: yesMass Spectrometry Reviews, Volume 44, Issue 3, Page 213-453, May/June 2025.
Abstract The use of matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) mass spectrometry for the analysis of carbohydrates and glycoconjugates is a well‐established technique and this review is the 12th update of the original article published in 1999 and brings coverage of the literature to the end of 2022.

Generating the Critical Ising Model via SRGAN: A Schramm–Loewner Evolution Analysis from a Geometric Deep Learning Perspective

open access: yesEntropy
The geometric signatures of macroscopic interfaces in the two-dimensional critical Ising model strictly adhere to Schramm–Loewner Evolution (SLE) theory.

Neutrinoloser Doppelbetazerfall: Der Gral der Neutrinophysik

open access: yesPhysik in unserer Zeit, Volume 56, Issue 3, Page 132-137, May 2025.

Internal multiplicity distributions of jets from nonlinear evolution within the jet function framework

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
Jets selected with high internal charged-particle multiplicity exhibit markedly different substructure patterns compared to inclusive jet samples.
