Acute lymphoid leukemia etiopathogenesis

Molecular Biology Reports, 2021

Acute Non-Lymphoid Leukemia

Pediatric Annals, 1983
Acute non-lymphoid leukemia is a group of hematologic neoplasms which have been the subject of intensive basic and clinical research. These studies have led to a better understanding of the genetic basis of leukemia and may ultimately help establish the molecular mechanisms of malignant transformation.

Acute Lymphoid Leukemia

Pediatric Annals, 1983
During the past decade progress in the treatment of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia has slowed. Monoclonal antibodies in the treatment of lymphoid leukemia

Drugs of Today, 2003
MoAb-based therapies are evolving into the first broad-spectrum class of targeted anti-leukemic therapy. Developments in many areas, including computer modeling of receptors and ligands, and increasing sophistication in recombinant technologies may result in a rapid increase in the number and complexity of MoAb available.
