Reference measurements of low levels of 60Co in steel
Applied Radiation and Isotopes, 2004Analysis of 60Co traces in the matrix steel has recently gained in importance. This paper deals with the low-level gamma-ray spectrometry measurements that were part of a recent German survey aiming at determining the present levels of artificial radionuclides in commercial steel.

Digital Twin as a Service (DTaaS) in Industry 4.0: An Architecture Reference Model
Advanced Engineering Informatics, 2021Recent findings have shown that Digital Twin served multiple constituencies. However, the dilemma between the scope and scale needs a sophisticated reference architecture, a right set of technologies, and a suitable business model.

Evolution of diagnostic reference levels in Spanish intraoral radiology
Radiation Protection Dosimetry, 2012A total of 16 175 official reports of quality assurance on dental radiodiagnostic surgeries from 16 Spanish autonomous regions compiled during 2002-09 were studied to determine the evolution of diagnostic reference levels (DRLs) for obtaining a diagnostic image in the normal conditions of clinical practice in Spanish dental clinics.

Determination of the Normal Hearing Reference Level
The Journal of the Acoustical Society of America, 1956The auditory thresholds of two groups of “fairgoers” were examined at the Wisconsin State Fair in 1954 and 1955. Each group was tested with pure tones with a view to determining the reference level of normal hearing. The first group consisted of 3500 persons between 10 and 79 years of age.

Diagnostic reference level of computed tomography (CT) in japan
Radiation Protection Dosimetry, 2011Optimisation of computed tomography (CT) parameters is important in avoiding excess radiation exposure. The aim of this study is to establish the diagnostic reference levels (DRL) of CT in Japan by using dose-length product (DLP). Datasheets were sent to all hospitals/clinics which had CT scanner(s) in Gunma prefecture.

Two Levels of Reference Service in a Municipal Reference Library
The Reference Librarian, 1988Chicago's Municipal Reference Library (MRL) is a busy governmental library which serves a two-fold public: it serves city employees (approximately 36,000 of them) as a special library and the public as a reference library. This creates problems for the reference librarian: remembering who receives which services, often "switching gears" while working ...

Reference materials at emission levels of NH 3 and HCl
Fresenius' Journal of Analytical Chemistry, 2001Due to instability in static mixtures, in the past only dynamic preparation techniques for mixtures of NH3 and HCl were maintained; however, recent developments of new passivation techniques for cylinder treatment and commercially available nitrogen with a very low content of impurities have opened up the possibility of preparing stable mixtures in ...

Multiple Level of Referents in Information State
2012As we strive for sophisticated machine translation and reliable information extraction, we have launched a subproject pertaining to the practical elaboration of "intensional" levels of discourse referents in the framework of a representational dynamic discourse semantics, the DRT-based [14] ℜReALIS [2], and the implementation of resulting ...

Construction of mm‐Level Terrestrial Reference Frame
Chinese Journal of Geophysics, 2009AbstractIt is noted in this paper that the latest international terrestrial reference frame ITRF2005 cannot satisfy the current need of monitoring mm‐level terrestrial dynamic change. The strategy of using the latest results of ITRF2005, SBL/GGFC (Special Bureau for Loading/Global Geophysical Fluids Center), GRACE and other satellites to construct mm ...
