Interesting Case of Mesocardia: A Rare Cardiac Positional Anomaly. [PDF]
We present an extremely rare case of a 37‐year‐old man presenting with chronic cough who was incidentally found to have mesocardia on chest imaging, with a midline heart and associated upper thoracic scoliosis. Further tests revealed eosinophilic asthma, treated successfully.

Pulmonary Vein Isolation Using a Circular Multielectrode Pulsed Field Ablation Catheter via a Jugular Vein Approach. [PDF]
PVI by catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation via a superior approach is technically challenging. However, the circular multielectrode PFA catheter is feasible for PVI via a superior jugular vein approach. AP, anteroposterior; LAO, left anterior oblique; PA, posteroanterior; PFA, pulsed field ablation; PVI, pulmonary vein isolation.

Successful Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy With Defibrillator Implantation in a Patient With Isolated Dextrocardia and Situs Inversus Totalis: Role of High-Resolution Three-Dimensional Computed Tomography in Procedural Planning. [PDF]
Preprocedural 3D‐CT identified a suitable posterolateral coronary vein in a patient with dextrocardia and situs inversus. Right‐sided CRT‐D implantation guided by 3D imaging achieved optimal lead positioning and biventricular pacing, underscoring the importance of preprocedural anatomical planning in complex congenital settings.

Unilateral Congenital Pulmonary Hypoplasia: A Rare Cause of Severe Respiratory Distress in a Three-Weeks-Old Neonate. [PDF]
ABSTRACT This case of a unilateral pulmonary hypoplasia in a newborn with severe respiratory distress demonstrates the importance of early chest computed tomography angiography in diagnosing congenital lung malformations. Rapid, accurate diagnosis enables appropriate neonatal intensive care unit support and informs prognosis, highlighting the value of ...
