Two plant‐growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) consortia (AU8 and TX1) induced a deterrence of host plant location and oviposition behavior of Spodoptera exigua females in both susceptible and resistant cotton plants. Most of the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) increased in PGPR‐treated plants compared to untreated plants. # indicates treatments not

We propose a new method for treating different timescales in coupled variational data assimilation for atmosphere–ocean models. The approach involves a series of short‐window coupled assimilations (red arrows in the schematic) followed by a long‐window correction to the ocean fields (blue arrow).

Lessons Learnt From Long‐Term Monitoring of River Restoration in an English Chalk Stream
ABSTRACT River restoration can be difficult to evaluate due to insufficient monitoring over timescales too short to adequately capture physical and ecological response. To better understand restoration outcomes, this study quantified changes in physical habitat (depth, velocity, substrate composition) and macroinvertebrates at two restoration projects ...

Tree canopy height is a key indicator of forest biomass and structure, yet accurate mapping across the Amazon remains challenging. Here, we generated a canopy height map of the Amazon forest at ~4.8 m resolution using Planet NICFI imagery and a deep learning U‐Net model trained with airborne LiDAR data.
