The diameter of ultrafine saw wire is between 50x 10(-6) m (50 mu m) and 80 x10(-6) m (80 mu m), any hard inclusion which diameter more than 5x 10(-6) m (5 mu m) should be avoided because it probably will cause wire breaking.
