Predicting extreme defects in additive manufacturing remains a key challenge limiting its structural reliability. This study proposes a statistical framework that integrates Extreme Value Theory with advanced process indicators to explore defect–process relationships and improve the estimation of critical defect sizes. The approach provides a basis for

Differential effects of LH-RH immunoneutralization on LH and FSH secretion in the ewe [PDF]
Summary. Neutralization of LH-RH by injection of an ovine antiserum to LH-RH in ewes during the late follicular phase of the oestrous cycle resulted in an immediate blockade of pulsatile secretion of LH. Plasma concentrations of FSH gradually rose in the

A unified research data management framework for heterogeneous materials data is presented. The system integrates multimodal datasets using ontologies and knowledge graphs, enabling interoperability and FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reusable) data principles. By linking data across scales and workflows, it supports reproducible, Artifitial

A Knowledge‐Based Approach for Understanding and Managing Additive Manufacturing Data
Additive manufacturing processes generate a large amount of data. Effectively managing, understanding, and retrieving information from this data remains a major challenge. Therefore, we propose an ontology‐based approach to integrate heterogeneous data, enable semantic queries, and support decision‐making.

LH subunit mRNA concentrations during LH surge in ovariectomized estradiol-replaced rats [PDF]
In cycling rats, pituitary concentrations of luteinizing hormone (LH) beta-subunit mRNA increase two- to threefold before the afternoon proestrus LH surge without a corresponding increase in alpha-subunit mRNA.

The LH response of pregnant cows and their calves to synthetic LH-RH [PDF]
Department of Biochemistry, Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Central Veterinary Laboratories, Weybridge, Surrey, U.K. Since the discovery of LH-RH and its subsequent synthesis, the study of pituitary function in various animals at all stages of reproductive life has become possible. We develop a data‐driven method to derive the mathematical expressions of the Flory–Huggins interaction parameter χ for the swelling behavior of temperature–responsive hydrogels. Starting from initial assumptions of χ, our workflow combines Bayesian optimization, Flory–Rehner theory, and symbolic regression to generate candidate χ expressions.
