Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study develops neural bioprinted piezoelectric scaffolds which construct local “sensor‐effector” circuit, inspired by the skeletal interoception system. Upon US stimulation sensing and mechanoelectrical coupling by PLLA nanofibers, the incorporated DRG neurons effect through Ca2+ influx‐induced enhanced secretion and expression of CGRP.
