Classification of tau status with machine learning models in amyloid‐positive cohorts
Abstract INTRODUCTION Although tau positron emission tomography (PET) imaging is effective for staging tau pathology, it is limited clinically by cost and availability. Machine learning models based on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)– and amyloid PET–derived features may serve as useful screening tools for tau pathology.

Taxonomic novelties in subgenus Euphorbia (Euphorbiaceae) from South India
Extensive floristic explorations throughout southern India have uncovered some noteworthy taxonomic additions within the subgenus Euphorbia (Euphorbiaceae). Three distinct taxa of Euphorbia are described and illustrated herein as E. sankarensis, E. bahalita and E. tortilis var. mysorensis.

Vitex L. is a pantropical genus of Lamiaceae comprising 209 taxa. Brazil harbors 35 species, representing nearly 50% of the genus richness in the Neotropics, with the Amazon showing the highest richness, followed by the Atlantic Forest and Cerrado domains.
