ChemistrySelect, Volume 10, Issue 2, January 15, 2025.A series of organotin(IV) complexes is synthesized using a Schiff base ligand derived from dehydroacetic acid, salicylaldehydes, and 1,2‐phenylenediamine. The reaction also forms 1,5‐benzodiazepines, which show anxiolytic effects in mice at 1 mg/Kg. Docking studies reveal interactions with the GABA‐A receptor.
