Effects of Intravenous Ketamine Infusions in a Neuropathic Pain Patient with Lichen Sclerosus et Atrophicus

A patient reported to the Florida Spine Institute (Clearwater, Fla., USA) with severe lichen sclerosus of the anogenital region and legs. The patient’s pain presentation was neuropathic with hypersensitivity, allodynia, swelling, and weakness.

Long‐term quality of life, vulvar symptoms, and sexual functioning: A cross‐sectional study of Norwegian vulvar cancer survivors

A considerable proportion of vulvar cancer survivors experienced persistent functional impairments, even more than 5 years posttreatment. Additionally, they reported more vulvar symptoms and sexual dysfunction compared to women from a normative population sample.

The impact of local symptoms on health‐related quality of life in vulvar cancer survivors—A nationwide prospective study

In this Swedish nationwide study, women reported a high prevalence of local vulvar symptoms which improved after treatment and during follow‐up. Severe and persisting vulvar symptoms were associated with a significant deterioration in physical, emotional, role, social, and cognitive functioning.
