A Dislocation Perspective on Strength and Toughness in Ceramics
Dislocations in ceramics enjoy a long but yet under‐appreciated history. The three research waves for dislocations in ceramics highlight the topic evolution over the last 90 years. This review focuses on the impact of dislocation on strength and toughness in ceramics.

On The Ideals of a Lie Ring of Derivations
[[abstract]]Let R be a commutative ring, and D a Lie subring and an R-submodule of Der(R) such that R is D-semiprime (or D-prime). We investigate the structure of the ideals of D as Lie rings.

Changing aesthetic ideals under the influence of the phenomenon of the cult of youth in the 1920s [PDF]
Introduction. The principle of aesthetic transformation affects not only the functioning of fashion, but also a range of problems related to the worldview and world perception of a person, which are relevant for any time. Aesthetic problems have a deeper

Comparison of Triply Periodic Minimal Surface Energy Absorbers Under Uniaxial Compressive Loading
This study investigates LCD 3D printed Triply Periodic Minimal Surface (TPMS) structures as mechanical energy absorbers. By comparing various base designs and layered combinations under uniaxial compression, it identifies that a Diamond‐Gyroid sandwich structure offers superior performance.

Grain boundary triple junctions are an essential ingredient of the microstructure of polycrystalline materials. In this study, a triple junction is observed using atomic‐resolution scanning transmission electron microscopy and characterized. Computer simulations reveal that the junction has a dislocation character that is determined by the joining ...

Inductive constructions for Lie bialgebras and Hopf algebras
In recent years, two generalisations of the theory of Lie algebras have become prominent, namely the "semi-classical" theory of Lie bialgebras and the "quantum" theory of Hopf algebras, including the quantized enveloping algebras.

The paper studies the existence of closed invariant subspaces for a Lie algebra L of bounded operators on an infinite-dimensional Banach space X. It is assumed that L contains a Lie subalgebra L0 that has a non-trivial closed invariant subspace in X of ...

On abelian subalgebras and ideals of maximal dimension in supersolvable Lie algebras [PDF]
In this paper, the main objective is to compare the abelian subalgebras and ideals of maximal dimension for finite-dimensional supersolvable Lie algebras.

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.
