Engineering Porous Hollow Metal‐Poly(Heptazine Imide) Spheres: An Optimized Synthetic Strategy for Controlling Surface, Morphology, and Properties

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Hollow poly(heptazine imide) spheres are prepared through a novel approach that integrates hard templating with ionothermal synthesis. This method enables precise control over surface area, pore volume, hydrophilicity, light absorption, band position, and metal composition. These tunable properties facilitate the customized design of semiconductors for

All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Novel possible symmetries of S-matrix generated by Z2n-graded Lie superalgebras

open access: yesNuclear Physics B
In this paper, we explore Z2n-graded Lie (super)algebras as novel possible generators of symmetries of S-matrix. As a result, we demonstrate that a Z2n-graded extension of the supersymmetric algebra can be a symmetry of S-matrix.

Lie Symmetries of the Canonical Geodesic Equations for Four-Dimensional Lie Groups [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
For each of the four-dimensional indecomposable Lie algebras the geodesic equations of the associated canonical Lie group connection are given. In each case a basis for the associated Lie algebra of symmetries is constructed and the corresponding Lie ...

$P_\infty$ algebra of KP, free fermions and 2-cocycle in the Lie algebra of pseudodifferential operators

open access: yes, 1997
The symmetry algebra $P_\infty = W_\infty \oplus H \oplus I_\infty$ of integrable systems is defined. As an example the classical Sophus Lie point symmetries of all higher KP equations are obtained.

Pentagonal 2D Altermagnets: Material Screening and Altermagnetic Tunneling Junction Device Application

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
From a database of 170 pentagonal 2D materials, 4 candidates exhibiting altermagnetic ordering are screened. Furthermore, the spin‐splitting and unconventional boundary states in the pentagonal 2D altermagnetic monolayer MnS2 are investigated. A MnS2‐based altermagnetic tunneling junction is designed and, through ab initio quantum transport simulations,

Physical constraints on quantum deformations of spacetime symmetries

open access: yesNuclear Physics B, 2018
In this work we study the deformations into Lie bialgebras of the three relativistic Lie algebras: de Sitter, Anti-de Sitter and Poincaré, which describe the symmetries of the three maximally symmetric spacetimes. These algebras represent the centerpiece

Lie Groupoids in Classical Field Theory I: Noether's Theorem

open access: yes, 2018
In the two papers of this series, we initiate the development of a new approach to implementing the concept of symmetry in classical field theory, based on replacing Lie groups/algebras by Lie groupoids/algebroids, which are the appropriate mathematical ...
