Lie symmetry analysis and exact solutions of the Sawada--Kotera equation
Summary: In the present paper, the Sawada-Kotera equation is considered by Lie symmetry analysis. All of the geometric vector fields to the Sawada-Kotera equation are obtained, and then the symmetry reductions and exact solutions of the Sawada-Kotera equation are investigated.

Correlated dynamics of immune network and sl(3, R) symmetry algebra
We observed the existence of periodic orbits in immune network under transitive solvable Lie algebra. In this article, we focus to develop condition of maximal Lie algebra for immune network model and use that condition to construct a vector field of ...

Symmetry Analysis and Wave Solutions of Time Fractional Kupershmidt Equation
This study employs the Lie symmetry technique to explore the symmetry features of the time fractional Kupershmidt equation. Specifically, we use the Lie symmetry technique to derive the symmetry generators for this equation, which incorporates a ...

Fractional Boundary Layer Flow: Lie Symmetry Analysis and Numerical Solution
In this paper, we present a fractional version of the Sakiadis flow described by a nonlinear two-point fractional boundary value problem on a semi-infinite interval, in terms of the Caputo derivative.

Complex Connections between Symmetry and Singularity Analysis
In this paper, it is noted that three apparently disparate areas of mathematics—singularity analysis, complex symmetry analysis and the distributional representation of special functions—have a basic commonality in the underlying methods used.

Using Lie symmetries in epidemiology
Lie symmetry method has been and still is successfully applied in different problems of physics for about a hundred years, but its application in epidemiology has been rare perhaps because the ordinary differential equations studied in this field are ...

Lie Symmetry Analysis of a Nonlinear Black–Scholes Equation in Illiquid Markets
We have conducted comprehensive Lie symmetry analysis of a nonlinear Black–Scholes equation that arises in illiquid markets. The equation incorporates nonlinearities arising from market constraints, such as transaction costs and liquidity effects.
