We reveal the electronic origin of hidden interfacial doping in monolayer MoS2 grown by MOCVD, identifying sulfate related and water like species as intrinsic donors. Through dry interface engineering approach, we demonstrate MOCVD‐grown single‐crystal MoS2 wafers as a transfer‐free platform for the reliable evaluation of intrinsic gate stacks and ...

A reversible, all‐optical modulation strategy enables resist‐free, sub‐diffraction nanolithography of halide perovskite films. Leveraging 800 nm fs laser‐induced crystallization and 365 nm laser driven decomposition, reconfigurable patterning achieves feature sizes down to 93.5 nm. This chemistry‐free approach offers dynamic control over optoelectronic

We report a wearable photonic patch integrating room light‐ and sunlight‐activatable luminescent particles (RSLPs) for both photochemical tissue bonding and photobiomodulation. RSLPs harvest ambient light and emit red luminescence to drive chlorin e6–mediated collagen crosslinking.

Photocatalytic Water Splitting on the Lunar Surface: Prospects for In Situ Resource Utilization
Water has been found in craters on the moon nearby locations which are illuminated >80% of the time. Photocatalysis uses energy from sunlight to drive chemical reactions such as water splitting to produce oxygen and hydrogen. It is a scalable technology that requires lighter equipment and utilizes resources available on the moon. ABSTRACT The discovery

Light-Emitting Diode (LED) Traps Improve the Light-Trapping of Anopheline Mosquitoes
Journal of Medical Entomology, 2017Numerous advantages over the standard incandescent lamp favor the use of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as an alternative and inexpensive light source for sampling medically important insects in surveillance studies. Previously published studies examined the response of mosquitoes to different wavelengths, but data on anopheline mosquito LED attraction ...
