Advanced Science, EarlyView.An implantable phototriggered prodrug depot patch (iPDP) is presented that enables actively programmable drug release post‐implantation. Covalently conjugated prodrug ensures minimal leakage; illumination parameters serve as a code to precisely control dose per release.
