A Global Assessment of Plant and Animal Community Responses to Forest Management Over Time
Written Summary: We assessed the effects of seven forest management systems on biodiversity over time. We find that biodiversity responds more negatively to intensive than extensive forest management, but we also find that biodiversity can recover over time, particularly in intensively managed plantations and agroforests.
