Myonuclear transcriptional dynamics in response to exercise following satellite cell depletion
Summary: Skeletal muscle is composed of post-mitotic myofibers that form a syncytium containing hundreds of myonuclei. Using a progressive exercise training model in the mouse and single nucleus RNA-sequencing (snRNA-seq) for high-resolution ...

Stable Isotope Resolved Metabolomics Studies in ex vivo TIssue Slices
An important component of this methodology is to assess the role of the tumor microenvironment on tumor growth and survival. To tackle this problem, we have adapted the original approach of Warburg (Warburg, 1923), by combining thin tissue slices with ...

Why and How are Caves “Organized”: Does the Past Offer a Key to the Present
Prenekatere jame v karbonatnih sekvencah (in morda tudi drugod) izkazujejo opazno prostorsko organizacijo, pri čemer je poudarjeno kopičenje rovov v prostoru (drugega nad drugim).

Systematic Exploration of 3D Concrete Printing Parameters for Conformal Printing on Sloped Surfaces
A conformal slicing algorithm is developed for robotic 3D concrete printing (3DCP) on sloped surfaces as a first step toward printing slab‐on‐grade foundations on uneven terrain. Systematic experiments quantify the effects of nozzle speed, extrusion rate, and toolpath direction on filament dimension and stability.

Tectonic Inception in Caledonide Marbles
A fundamental difference between caves in sedimentary limestones and those formed in a repeatedly-glaciated 40000 km2 region in central Scandinavia that contains over 1000 individual marble outcrops and has nearly 1000 recorded karst caves is the ...
