Diarylethene‐Containing Photoswitchable Analogues of Tubulysins—Design, Synthesis, Biological, and Structural Evaluation

Diarylethene‐containing cyclic tubulysin analogues were designed, synthesized, and evaluated as light‐responsive cytotoxic agents. One analogue showed reversible photoswitching, photoregulated tubulin polymerization inhibition, and photoform‐dependent cytotoxicity.

ABSTRACT We present a hybrid interpretable Physics‐Informed Neural Network Long‐Short Term Memory (Hybrid PINN LSTM) framework for predicting the seismic response of rocking blocks. Existing analytical models rely on uncertain idealizations, while purely data‐driven and machine‐learning approaches lack physical consistency and interpretability.

Problem: Wax blockage (Biphenyl, PAHs) in low‐temperature units crippled plant capacity. Solution: A novel Circulating Light Hydrocarbon Injection technology. Mechanism: Light hydrocarbons disrupt wax crystals via “like dissolves like” and are continuously recovered. Outcome: 1. Throughput dropped from 10 MMscmd to 3 MMscmd 2.
