Lycopene‐rich food biomolecules from tomato processing waste: Green recovery, biopolymer‐based stabilisation, functional food applications and health relevance

Abstract Tomato processing waste, particularly peel and pomace, is a sustainable and low‐cost source of lycopene‐rich food biomolecules.
