HUCMSC‐Apo‐mvs enhance peripheral nerve repair by modulating the inflammatory microenvironment (IME), primarily through coordinated actions on three functional cells. They recruit macrophages and promote their polarization from pro‐inflammatory M1 to anti‐inflammatory M2 phenotypes, increasing secretion of IL‐10 and VEGF.

Quantum electromechanics: Quantum tunneling near resonance and qubits from buckling nanobars
Analyzing recent experimental results, we find similar behaviors and a deep analogy between three-junction superconducting qubits and suspended carbon nanotubes. When these different systems are ac-driven near their resonances, the resonance single-peak,

Ti6Al4V‐Bioglass‐Copper Composites for Load‐Bearing Implants
We have designed and manufactured a novel Ti64‐based composite by adding 45S5 bioglass (BG) and copper (Cu). Adding BG on titanium improves wear resistance and biocompatibility, whereas Cu addition improves mechanical strength while providing inherent lifelong bacterial resistance.

Remorphable Architectures: Reprogramming Global Bistability through Locally Bistable Metamaterials
Local bistable reconfiguration in mechanical metamaterials is leveraged in globally bistable architectures to enable in situ reprogrammable transition pathways through state flip of individual building blocks. The local‐to‐global correspondence of instabilities empowers soft robotic systems with on‐demand morphing traits, as well as aerospace ...

Large amplitude flutter of a low aspect ratio panel at low supersonic speeds comparison of theory and experiment [PDF]
Flutter boundaries, as well as flutter limit cycle amplitudes, frequencies and stresses were computed for a panel of length-width ratio 4.48 exposed to applied in-plane and transverse loads. The Mach number range was 1.1 to 1.4.

Physical Intelligence in Small‐Scale Robots and Machines
“Physical intelligence” (PI) empowers biological organisms and artificial machines, especially at the small scales, to perceive, adapt, and even reshape their complex, dynamic, and unstructured operation environments. This review summarizes recent milestones and future directions of PI in small‐scale robots and machines.

Opportunities of Semiconducting Oxide Nanostructures as Advanced Luminescent Materials in Photonics
The review discusses the challenges of wide and ultrawide bandgap semiconducting oxides as a suitable material platform for photonics. They offer great versatility in terms of tuning microstructure, native defects, doping, anisotropy, and micro‐ and nano‐structuring. The review focuses on their light emission, light‐confinement in optical cavities, and

The effect of die half angle in tube nosing with relieved die [PDF]
This research concentrates on rotary nosing using cone shape dies, in particular using “relieved dies”. “Relieved die” is a cone-shape die with contact surfaces and grounddown relieved surfaces.

This study demonstrates a self‐assembly process to generate free‐standing piezoelectric nanomembranes, forming ultracompact microtubular acoustic wave sensors and actuators. The miniaturized 3D piezoelectric platform reported in this work can be applied in telecommunication, energy harvesting, and acoustofluidics. Moreover, the 3D self‐assembly can add
