Limited Resources Limiting Life?
2002The question, “Is death ever preferable to life?” is only meaningful if there can be a choice between life and death. Even if that choice is made, there may be constraints on that preference being satisfied. Limited resources and the need to ration resources are such a constraint on being able to choose life, or satisfy a preference for life.
