Recognizing and Drawing IC-planar Graphs

open access: yes, 2015
IC-planar graphs are those graphs that admit a drawing where no two crossed edges share an end-vertex and each edge is crossed at most once. They are a proper subfamily of the 1-planar graphs.

Monitoring of circulating tumor DNA allows early detection of disease relapse in patients with operable breast cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Monitoring circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in patients with operable breast cancer can reveal disease relapse earlier than radiology in a subset of patients. The failure to detect ctDNA in some patients with recurrent disease suggests that ctDNA could serve as a supplement to other monitoring approaches.

ALGORITMA MIDPOINT UNTUK PENGGAMBARAN GRAFIK BERKECEPATAN TINGGI

open access: yesJurnal Informatika, 1999
Line and curve drawing are time consuming, reducing computation time can be done by improving performance of processor and algorithm. Midpoint algorithm is based on integer operation, so it is less time-consuming than algorithm based on float operation ...

Line, Colour, Drawing in Kant and Hegel

open access: yesItinera, 2020
Kant and Hegel have diametrically opposed views concerning the relationship between colour and drawing. For Hegel colour is all; while for Kant drawing is central.

Hierarchical and K-means Clustering in the Line Drawing Data Shape Using Procrustes Analysis

open access: yesJOIV: International Journal on Informatics Visualization, 2021
One of the problems in the clustering process is that the objects under inquiry are multivariate measures containing geometrical information that requires shape clustering.

Edge Routing with Ordered Bundles [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
Edge bundling reduces the visual clutter in a drawing of a graph by uniting the edges into bundles. We propose a method of edge bundling drawing each edge of a bundle separately as in metro-maps and call our method ordered bundles.

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Bend-optimal orthogonal drawings of triconnected plane graphs

open access: yesAKCE International Journal of Graphs and Combinatorics, 2018
A drawing of a plane graph G in which each edge is represented by a sequence of alternating horizontal and vertical line segments is called an orthogonal drawing.

Drawing by ear: interpreting sonified line graphs [PDF]

open access: yes, 2003
The research presented here describes a pilot study into the interpretation of sonified line graphs containing two data series. The experiment aimed to discover the level of accuracy with which sighted people were able to draw sketches of the graphs ...

Material and Process Parameters that Affect Accuracy in Stereolithography [PDF]

open access: yes, 1993
Experimental real time linear shrinkage rate measurements simulating stereolithography are used in an analysis of shrinkage during line drawing in stereolithography.
