A CASE OF MULTIPLE LINEA ALBA HERNIA
Nihon Rinsho Geka Gakkai Zasshi (Journal of Japan Surgical Association), 2009 症例は50歳，女性．上腹部の腫瘤および疼痛を主訴に当科を受診した．帝王切開の既往はあるものの，疼痛部位と手術痕は一致せず，また明らかな外傷の既往もなかった．腹部では剣状突起と臍の中間に母子頭大の，臍上に示指頭大の腫瘤を計2個認めた．腹部CT検査にて剣状突起下の腫瘤は20mm大のlow densityの腫瘤として同定されたが，臍上の腫瘤は同定できなかった．これらより多発白線ヘルニアと診断し手術を施行した．上腹部正中に皮切を加えるとヘルニア嚢を2つ認めた．ヘルニア門はともに小さいことより腹膜，筋膜を閉鎖し手術を終了した．術後経過は良好にて再発なく経過している．白線ヘルニアは本邦では稀な疾患であり，また多発例の報告も少ないことより，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する．
