Cutting plane methods for general integer programming [PDF]
Integer programming (IP) problems are difficult to solve due to the integer restrictions imposed on them. A technique for solving these problems is the cutting plane method.

Multiparametric linear fractional functionals programming
Summary: A multiparametric linear fractional functionals program, with parameters appearing only in the objective function, is generated. The optimum solution of this parametric program is supposed to satisfy the constraints as equations only. It is also shown that the set of parameters forms a convex polyhedron.

We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

Fuzzy goal programming approach for solving linear fractional programming problems with fuzzy conditions [PDF]
Predicting the exact outcome of a real-life problem, which may occur in various fields like the industrial or healthcare sector, is challenging. Due to high information uncertainty and complicated factors influencing the industrial sector, traditional ...

On duality in linear fractional programming [PDF]
In this paper, a dual of a given linear fractional program is defined and the weak, direct and converse duality theorems are proved. Both the primal and the dual are linear fractional programs. This duality theory leads to necessary and sufficient conditions for the optimality of a given feasible solution. A unmerical example is presented to illustrate

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

This study shows that copy number variations (CNVs) can be reliably detected in formalin‐fixed paraffin‐embedded (FFPE) solid cancer samples using ultra‐low‐pass whole‐genome sequencing, provided that key (pre)‐analytical parameters are optimized.

Fractional programming for Stackelberg game under type-2 fuzzy environment [PDF]
This study intends to present a Stackelberg game model for design of the fractional type-2 fuzzy programming. In achieving this aspiration, we develop a probabilistic fuzzy multi-objective fractional linear programming where the entire parameters are of ...
