At low cell density, SETDB1 and YAP1 accumulate in the nucleus. As cell density increases, the Hippo pathway is gradually activated, and SETDB1 is associated with increased YAP1 phosphorylation. At high cell density, phosphorylated YAP1 is sequestered in the cytoplasm, while SETDB1 becomes polyubiquitinated and degraded by the ubiquitin–proteasome ...

Generalized Heptagonal Membership Function for Fully Fuzzy Linear Fractional Programming Problems
Identifying the optimum solution that satisfies the restrictions and maximizes or minimizes the objective function is the aim of fully fuzzy fractional programming (FFFLP). Due to the inclusion of both fuzzy parameters and fractional variables, this

A new model for solving fuzzy linear fractional programming problem with ranking function
In this paper, we studied fuzzy linear fractional programming (FLFP) problems with trapezoidal fuzzy numbers where the objective functions are fuzzy numbers and the constraints are real numbers.

Componentwise Fractional Programming with Application to Resource Allocation [PDF]
A fractional programming problem is considered of the maximization of the ratio of a concave and a convex function, with each variable occurring in a single convex component constraint.

An LFT/SDP approach to the uncertainty analysis for state [PDF]
A state estimator is an algorithm that computes the current state of a time-varying system from on-line measurements. Physical quantities such as measurements and parameters are characterised by uncertainty.

The power of linear programming for general-valued CSPs
Let $D$, called the domain, be a fixed finite set and let $\Gamma$, called the valued constraint language, be a fixed set of functions of the form $f:D^m\to\mathbb{Q}\cup\{\infty\}$, where different functions might have different arity $m$.

β‐TrCP overexpression enhances cisplatin sensitivity by depleting BRCA1
Low levels of β‐TrCP (Panel A) allow the accumulation of BRCA1 and CtIP, which facilitate the repair of cisplatin‐induced DNA damage via homologous recombination (HR) and promote tumor cell survival. In contrast, high β‐TrCP expression (Panel B) leads to BRCA1 and CtIP degradation, impairing HR repair, resulting in persistent DNA damage and apoptosis ...

This study explores salivary RNA for breast cancer (BC) diagnosis, prognosis, and follow‐up. High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.
