How to Find the Equivalence Classes in a Set of Linear Codes in Practice?
An algorithm for equivalence of linear codes over finite fields is presented. Its main advantage is that it can extract exactly one representative from each equivalence class among a large number of linear codes.

ABSTRACT Background Children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) are at risk of severe outcomes from SARS‐CoV‐2 (SCV2). In the post‐pandemic context, where most children have been infected with SCV2, there are limited data on whether vaccination remains beneficial in children with ALL.

Near-Capacity Irregular Precoded Linear Dispersion Codes [PDF]
In this treatise, we propose a novel serial concatenated RSC-coded Irregular Precoded Linear Dispersion Codes (IR-PLDC), which is capable of operating near MIMO channel’s capacity.

ABSTRACT Background Wilms tumor (WT) treatment imposes a significant time burden on patients and their families. Time toxicity is a patient‐centered metric that quantifies the burden of healthcare interaction. We sought to define time toxicity in the first year after diagnosis of WT and hypothesized that it would increase as tumor stage and treatment ...

ABSTRACT Background Pediatric sarcomas are a heterogeneous group of tumors that contribute disproportionately to cancer mortality in children. Although congenital anomalies are among the strongest known risk factors for childhood cancer, the risk of specific sarcoma subtypes among affected individuals has not yet been thoroughly evaluated. Procedure We

Low-complexity trellis decoding of linear block codes. [PDF]
The authors introduce a new simple encoding technique which allows the design of a wide variety of linear block codes. They present a number of examples in which the most widely used codes (Reed-Muller, Hamming, Golay, optimum etc.) have been designed ...

Code designs for MIMO broadcast channels
Recent information-theoretic results show the optimality of dirty-paper coding (DPC) in achieving the full capacity region of the Gaussian multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) broadcast channel (BC).

Nondimensional river linear inversion code for ksn_prior
A series of Matlab scripts for running a linear inversion of fluvial topography based on the approach of Goren et al. (2014). The code provides the function to perform river linear inversion from the classical approach of this method, and a second code ...
