2 n-periodic Sequences with Second Descent Point of k-error Linear Complexity [PDF]
The k-error linear complexity is used as an important stability index of pseudorandom sequences, and the critical error linear complexity distribution characterize the descent point of k-error linear complexity. This paper studies the 2 n-periodic binary ...

Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

Multi-Clock control shift register sequences
A new clock-control-model called multi-clock control model was presented. The sequence produced by this model has a long period and large linear complexity, and it can be simple put into practice. When the sequences are used as encipher sequences in secret ...

On the Stability of the Linear Complexity of Some Generalized Cyclotomic Sequences of Order Two
Linear complexity is an important pseudo-random measure of the key stream sequence in a stream cipher system. The 1-error linear complexity is used to measure the stability of the linear complexity, which means the minimal linear complexity of the new ...

Structural and biochemical characterisations show that the planar cell polarity (PCP) protein Inturned harbours a unique PDZ‐like domain that does not bind canonical PDZ‐binding motifs (PBMs) like that of another PCP protein Vangl2. In contrast, the apical‐basal polarity protein Scribble contains four PDZ domains that bind Vangl2, but one PDZ domain ...

On the Error Linear Complexity of Some Generalized Cyclotomic Sequences of Order Two of Period
Linear complexity is an important pseudo-random measure of the keystream sequence in a stream cipher system. The error linear complexity is employed to measure the stability of the linear complexity, which means the minimal linear complexity by changing ...

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

On the Linear Complexity of Generalized Cyclotomic Sequences with Odd Period
The linear complexity of new generalized cyclotomic sequences with odd period was estimated. The sequences were defined using generalized cyclotomic classes composite modulo.

The Complexity of Generalized Satisfiability for Linear Temporal Logic [PDF]
In a seminal paper from 1985, Sistla and Clarke showed that satisfiability for Linear Temporal Logic (LTL) is either NP-complete or PSPACE-complete, depending on the set of temporal operators used.
