Tubular approaches to Baker’s method for curves and varieties
International audienceBaker's method, relying on estimates on linear forms in logarithms of algebraic numbers, allows one to prove in several situations the effective finiteness of integral points on varieties.

Minorations simultanées de formes linéaires de logarithmes de nombres algébriques [PDF]
40p.International audienceThis work falls within the theory of linear forms in logarithms over a commutative linear group defined over a number field. We give lower bounds for simultaneous linear forms in logarithms of algebraic numbers, treating both ...

Solving superelliptic Diophantine equations by Baker's method
Article dans revue scientifique avec comité de lecture. We describe a method for complete solution of the superelliptic Diophantine equation ay^p=f(x). The method is based on Baker's theory of linear forms in the logarithms.

On Two-parametric Quartic Families of Diophantine Problems
Two-parametric quartic Thue equations are completely solved for sufficiently large values of the parameters. Exceptional units are computed in related quartic number fields. The method depends heavily on A.

This study demonstrates a self‐assembly process to generate free‐standing piezoelectric nanomembranes, forming ultracompact microtubular acoustic wave sensors and actuators. The miniaturized 3D piezoelectric platform reported in this work can be applied in telecommunication, energy harvesting, and acoustofluidics. Moreover, the 3D self‐assembly can add

The extension of the D(-k)-pair {k, k+1) to a quadruple
Let n be a non-zero integer. A set of m positive integers {; ; ; a_1, a_2, ... , a_m}; ; ; is called a D(n)- m-tuple if a_ia_j + n is a perfect square for all 1 1, then d=1.

Mechanically Programmable DNA Hydrogel Microparticles for 3D Cellular Systems
DNA hydrogel microparticles are designed to exhibit controllable viscoelasticity and stiffness across three orders of magnitude from 30Pa$30 \,\mathrm{Pa}$ to 6.5kPa$6.5 \,\mathrm{kPa}$. They are uptaken into fibroblast spheroids where they are actively remodeled by cellular forces depending on their mechanical properties.
