On Critical Circle Homeomorphisms with Infinite Number of Break Points
We prove that a critical circle homeomorphism with infinite number of break points without periodic orbits is conjugated to the linear rotation by a quasisymmetric map if and only if its rotation number is of bounded type.

Local non‐linear alignment for non‐linear dimensionality reduction
In manifold learning, alignment is performed with the objective of deriving the global low‐dimensional coordinates of input data from their local coordinates.

Reversibility in Groups of Piecewise Linear Homeomorphisms of the Circle [PDF]
The authors solve partially one of the problems appearing in the book [\textit{A. G. O'Farrell} and \textit{I. Short}, Reversibility in dynamics and group theory. Cambridge: Cambridge University Press (2015; Zbl 1331.37003)], namely, to investigate the reversibility property in the group of piecewise-affine homeomorphisms of the circle. Recall that for

TEMPORALITY OF PORNOGRAPHIC EXONARRATIVE
The article considers the narrative component of porn, in particular its temporal aspects. Pornography is defined as specific exonarrative, which is a form of disclosure/stimulation of sexual act as continuation of sex/narrative on the other side.

Constructing Piecewise Linear Homeomorphisms of Simple Polygons
Summary: Let \(P\) and \(Q\) be simple polygons with vertex sets \(\{p_1, \dots, p_n\}\) and \(\{q_1, \dots, q_n\}\), respectively. We present an algorithm to construct a piecewise linear homeomorphism between \(P\) and \(Q\) mapping each vertex \(p_i \in P\) to \(q_i \in Q\) by constructing isomorphic triangulations of \(P\) and \(Q\).

Some questions about the dimension of a group action [PDF]
We discuss three families of groups, $ZW_n$, $PL(I^n)$, and $PL(S^n)$ (the last two being families of groups of piecewise-linear homeomorphisms of standard $n$-dimensional spaces).

Global Robust Exponential Stability Analysis for Interval Neural Networks with Mixed Delays
A class of interval neural networks with time-varying delays and distributed delays is investigated. By employing H-matrix and M-matrix theory, homeomorphism techniques, Lyapunov functional method, and linear matrix inequality approach, sufficient ...

Groups of piecewise linear homeomorphisms [PDF]
In this paper we study a class of groups which may be described as groups of piecewise linear bijections of a circle or of compact intervals of the real line. We use the action of these groups on simplicial complexes to obtain homological and combinatorial information about them.

The Embedding Theorem of an L0-Prebarreled Module into Its Random Biconjugate Space
We first prove Mazur’s lemma in a random locally convex module endowed with the locally L0-convex topology. Then, we establish the embedding theorem of an L0-prebarreled random locally convex module, which says that if (S,P) is an L0-prebarreled random ...

Finite-part singular integral approximations in Hilbert spaces
Some new approximation methods are proposed for the numerical evaluation of the finite-part singular integral equations defined on Hilbert spaces when their singularity consists of a homeomorphism of the integration interval, which is a unit circle, on ...
