Nonlinear Spectral Resolution [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2020
A quasi-product on the normed space is defined. In addition, the notions of the eigenvectors of a linear operator can be extended for the nonlinear operator. Based on the quasi-product and the generalized eigenvectors, the spectral theorems for certain possibly nonlinear operators which include bounded linear symmetric operators as special cases can be

A complete characterization of Birkhoff-James orthogonality in infinite dimensional normed space [PDF]

open access: yesJ. Operator Theory 80 (2018) no.2, 399-413, 2017
In this paper, we study Birkhoff-James orthogonality of bounded linear operators and give a complete characterization of Birkhoff-James orthogonality of bounded linear operators on infinite dimensional real normed linear spaces. As an application of the results obtained, we prove a simple but useful characterization of Birkhoff-James orthogonality of ...

The Approximation of a Modified Baskakov Operator

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, 2023
Because of their simple form and high quality, linear arithmetical operators, particularly linear positive operators, are very popular. The number of in-depth studies on linear operator approximation is extensive, and the majority of the published ...

Circuits with arbitrary gates for random operators [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
We consider boolean circuits computing n-operators f:{0,1}^n --> {0,1}^n. As gates we allow arbitrary boolean functions; neither fanin nor fanout of gates is restricted.

Separable Quadratic Stochastic Operators [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2009
We consider quadratic stochastic operators, which are separable as a product of two linear operators. Depending on properties of these linear operators we classify the set of the separable quadratic stochastic operators: first class of constant operators, second class of linear and third class of nonlinear (separable) quadratic stochastic operators ...

On linear dynamics of sets of operators [PDF]

open access: yesTURKISH JOURNAL OF MATHEMATICS, 2019
Let $X$ be a complex topological vector space with $dim(X)>1$ and $\mathcal{B}(X)$ the set of all continuous linear operators on $X$. The concept of hypercyclicity for a subset of $\mathcal{B}(X)$, was introduced in \cite{AKH}. In this work, we introduce the notion of hypercyclic criterion for a subset of $\mathcal{B}(X)$.

Direct integrals of strongly irreducible operators [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2012
Strongly irreducible operators can be considered as building blocks for bounded linear operators on complex separable Hilbert spaces. Many bounded linear operators can be written as direct sums of at most countably many strongly irreducible operators.

Properties and for Bounded Linear Operators

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, 2013
We shall consider properties which are related to Weyl type theorem for bounded linear operators , defined on a complex Banach space . These properties, that we call property , means that the set of all poles of the resolvent of of finite rank in the ...

Local linear dependence of linear partial differential operators [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2017
We show that any finite set of linear partial differential operators with continuous coefficients is linearly dependent if and only if it is locally linearly dependent. It follows that the reflexive closure of any finite set of such operators is equal to its linear span.
