Development and application of moxifloxacin-based laser scanning microscopy
DoctorLaser scanning microscopy (LSM) is a high-resolution three-dimensional (3D) imaging method based on either fluorescence or reflection. Confocal fluorescence LSM has been used for 3D cell imaging in life science with fluorescent markers, and ...

A comparative study of Least Square Method, Exponential Smoothing Method and Moving Average to predict future sales of pharmacy / Siti Najihah Md Ajeman, Qashrina Balqis Jamil and Fatin Nurul Izzah Ahmad Hasbullah [PDF]
The Least Square Method (LSM) is widely utilized in data fitting, with the best fit minimizing the residual squared sum and can be used to forecast pharmacies sales. LSM can be divided into two categories, linear LSM and nonlinear LSM.

Microbial Odorant Detection Guides Drosophila Parasitoids Seeking Hosts in Fermenting Fruits
Yeast microbes in fermenting fruits attract both host flies and their parasitoid wasps. Female Leptopilina boulardi detect yeast‐emitted ethyl esters via two olfactory receptors, LbouOR167 and LbouOR136. A conserved residue, Leu159, is critical for binding these compounds, enabling female wasps to locate host‐rich habitats.

Secreted Nonstructural Protein 3 is a Pathogenic Determinant of Orbivirus
This study uncovers a conserved PIP2‐dependent secretory pathway of orbivirus NS3 that induces vascular leakage. Pharmacological disruption of PIP2‐NS3 interaction significantly reduces viral pathogenicity and provides protective efficacy in murine models, establishing PIP2‐mediated NS3 secretion as both a key virulence determinant and a promising ...

TAX2‐NPs capture extracellular TSP‐1 in the injured liver and promote its macrophage‐mediated autophagic degradation. This process blocks TSP‐1/CD47 signaling, restores VEGFR2‐AKT activity, preserves endothelial function, and mitigates hepatic ischemia‐reperfusion injury.
