RoundMi: A quantitative method to analyze mitochondrial morphology in mitotic cells
RoundMi is a workflow for rapid analysis of mitochondrial morphology in mitotic cells. By combining adaptive preprocessing with automated segmentation and quantification, it enables accurate measurements from single focal plane images, reducing acquisition time and computational demands while remaining compatible with high‐throughput fixed and live ...

In a murine model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion (MI/R), the CD36 azapeptide ligand MPE‐298 reduces cardiac injury and transiently lowers left ventricular long‐chain fatty acids (LCFAs) accumulation 3 h after reperfusion, accompanied by a decrease of oxidative stress and inflammation‐associated genes' expression in the heart and adipose tissue.

New Inequalities of the Kantorovich Type for Bounded Linear Operators in Hilbert Spaces
Some new inequalities of the Kantorovich type are established. They hold for larger classes of operators and subsets of complex numbers than considered before in the literature and provide refinements of the classical results in the case when the ...

Directed evolution of enzymes at the crossroads of tradition and innovation
An iterative cycle of data‐driven enzyme optimization comprising four stages: genetic diversification of a template enzyme, expression of protein variants, high‐throughput evaluation, and machine‐learning‐guided redesign of the next variant library.

Inequalities for some Functionals Associated with Bounded Linear Operators in Hilbert Spaces
Some inequalities between the operator norm, numerical radius and functional are established. New upper bounds for the nonnegative quantity that complement some recent results of the author are given as ...

This systematic review synthesizes prognostic models for survival and recurrence in resected non‐small cell lung cancer. While many models demonstrate moderate to good discrimination, few are externally validated and reporting quality is variable, limiting clinical applicability and highlighting the need for robust, transparent model development ...

Some Inequalities for Commutators of Bounded Linear Operators in Hilbert Spaces
Some new inequalities for commutators that complement and in some instances improve recent results obtained by F. Kittaneh in 'Inequalities for commutators of positive operators' (2007) and 'Norm inequalities for commutators of Hilbert space operators ...
