ECONOMETRICAL ANALYSIS OF THE FOREIGN TRADE OF UKRAINE IN SERVICES
Econometrical models of the services export from Ukraine and the import to Ukraine in general, from the CIS countries, other European and Asian countries are constructed and established based on seasonal and trend components. The forecast of investigated

Geometric analysis of the linear Boltzmann equation I. Trend to equilibrium
This work is devoted to the analysis of the linear Boltzmann equation in a bounded domain, in the presence of a force deriving from a potential. The collision operator is allowed to be degenerate in the following two senses: (1) the associated collision ...

In situ molecular organization and heterogeneity of the Legionella Dot/Icm T4SS
We present a nearly complete in situ model of the Legionella Dot/Icm type IV secretion system, revealing its central secretion channel and identifying new components. Using cryo‐electron tomography with AI‐based modeling, our work highlights the structure, variability, and mechanism of this complex nanomachine, advancing understanding of bacterial ...

Periodic Properties of Interpolated Time Series [PDF]
Although linearly interpolated series are often used in economics, little has been done to examine the effects of interpolation on time series properties and on statistical inference.

Non-linear effect of uniaxial pressure on superconductivity in CeCoIn5
We study single-crystal CeCoIn5 with uniaxial pressure up to 3.97 kbar applied along the c-axis. We find a non-linear dependence of the superconducting transition temperature Tc on pressure, with a maximum close to 2 kbar.

Sequence determinants of RNA G‐quadruplex unfolding by Arg‐rich regions
We show that Arg‐rich peptides selectively unfold RNA G‐quadruplexes, but not RNA stem‐loops or DNA/RNA duplexes. This length‐dependent activity is inhibited by acidic residues and is conserved among SR and SR‐related proteins (SRSF1, SRSF3, SRSF9, U1‐70K, and U2AF1).

The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...

Unit Roots, Level Shifts and Trend Breaks in Per Capita Output: A Robust Evaluation [PDF]
Determining whether per capita output can be characterized by a stochastic trend is complicated by the fact that infrequent breaks in trend can bias standard unit root tests towards non-rejection of the unit root hypothesis.

Local Whittle Estimation in Nonstationary and Unit Root Cases [PDF]
Asymptotic properties of the local Whittle estimator in the nonstationary case (d > 1/2) are explored. For 1/2 1 and when the process has a linear trend, the estimator is shown to be inconsistent and to converge in probability to unity.Discrete Fourier ...
